Privacy

What we store

• Account record — your username, display name, optional email and bio. Created by a CWR administrator or automatically when a course completion is received from CourseStack.
• Badges — the achievements you have earned, their issuance dates, and the cryptographic signature that makes each one verifiable.
• Audit log — administrative and webhook actions, including source IP and user-agent, kept for a limited retention window and then automatically purged.

What we do not do

• We do not sell or share your data with advertisers.
• Share captions you edit on a badge page are processed entirely in your browser — they are never sent to or stored on our servers.
• There are no third-party tracking cookies on the verification pages.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or erasure of your personal data. On an erasure request, your account and every badge issued to it are permanently deleted; the audit log retains only the action record (not your email) and is itself purged on the retention schedule.
